Log into your negusyshop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
